LINE FEED This character appears on any modern computer keyboards and represents the concept \"switch to new line\" which, to the processor, is a combination of two steps: U+000A <control> (line feed) and U+000D <control> (carriage return). Similar to what happens on a type writer at the end of a line, these two instructions move the cursor to the beginning of the following line.
